My journey as a Unity Dev so far

I have been using Unity since about 2014. I have been off and on with my training in programming in unity for the past 7 years. Recently I decided to walk down the path of solidifying my skillset as a game programmer and to finally land a job in the field. I have a BFA in digital media/game design from UCF and I am currently enrolled in a computer programming specialist cert. at FSCJ.

Due to certain life events involving my family, I had to step back from my focus on game development to help out and I also started working as a registered nurse. After a meaningful and eye opening conversation with Jonathan Weinberger, I walked away with some great advice and a much clearer direction to work towards. I will be documenting my progress with building several unity projects and showcasing my abilities and understanding of programming concepts and how to apply them.
